RETURN policy.
We are so grateful you chose to shop with us! SWHM will happily accept returns on unopened / unused/ unworn items bought within 15 days. If an item has been opened we will not accept a return. Please email visit us at our brick and mortar location or email summer@shwminbeauty.com, Please note that Grocery + Wellness items are all final sale.
For online orders:
You will be responsible for return shipping costs. If a product is returned broken or damaged, we will not be able to issue a refund.
If a product arrives to you damaged, we are happy to send out a replacement. We do ask that a photograph is sent as proof of the damage/defect. Photo is required within 3 days of arrival.
SWHM is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges, we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to SWHM.
For returns or exchanges on product purchased at one of our retailers, you will need to contact the retailer directly in order to return based on their return policy.
We are not currently shipping international orders. We’ll let you know when we can :-)
Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be shipped out. All orders received after 10AM Arizona Time on Friday will be processed the following Tuesday.
